The Perry Family Free Dental Clinic offers teeth cleanings, preventative screenings, and fluoride treatment for those uninsured or underinsured. The dental clinic is located inside the Allied Family Center, Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, 4619 Jenewein Drive, Madison, WI 53711. To make an appointment call 608-841-1110.

The Free Clinics is a community-based, volunteer-driven organization. The support of our community is critical to our ability to provide care. We need your support and invite you to explore ways in which you might contribute to The Free Clinics and our provision of high quality healthcare to those in our community who truly need our help.
