The Perry Family Free Clinic (PFFC) collaborates with the Edgewood College School of Nursing to offer uninsured and underinsured Black men a full assessment of feet, nails, skin integrity, and problem areas.
The Perry Family Free Dental Clinic offers teeth cleanings, preventative screenings, and fluoride treatment for those uninsured or underinsured. The dental clinic is located inside the Allied Family Center, Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, 4619 Jenewein Drive, Madison, WI 53711. To make an appointment call 608-841-1110.
